Here, you can order our diagnostic products and read about submitting samples. In case you would like to send in samples to our laboratory for analysis, please take into account the following:
- for samples from cattle, poultry and pigs, please use our submission form. This form can be downloaded under the head "Submit".
- if it is the first time you will send in samples to us, please also fill in the registration form and add this to the shipment or mail it to us in advance.
- if a submission form is not available, please add a letter with your contact details, company details and requested tests. Also information about who will receive the results and our invoice, is requested.
- Submissions from outside the European Union will only be accepted by us if these are imported on our import permit. Information about our import permit can be found under the head "Submit".
- With regard to traceability of the shipment, it is advisable to use a courier service with track&trace option.
- If we receive submissions or samples without any identification or contactdetails of the submitting party, we are not able to accept and process these submissions!
