When ordering reagents, please identify all items by their catalogue number and associated description, and clearly specify the number of units (e.g. ml) of each item you require. If you wish to order by phone, please call +31 (0)570-63 33 91. Phone orders must be confirmed by fax at +31 (0)570-66 01 35 or within 48 hours. Confirmations must be clearly marked “CONFIRMING ORDER” to avoid double deliveries.
