Prices & terms of payment
All our prices are in euro's, excluding VAT and subject to change without notice. Please note that VAT will be charged at current Dutch rates to all EU customers who do not specify a VAT number when ordering. The prices charged will be prices prevailing at the time of despatch of your order.

Shipping
Delivery condition: EXW Deventer (Incoterms 2000). For shipping the GD Diagnostics outside the EU TNT express is used. By using TNT Express a good delivery service for the customers outside the EU is guaranteed. Within the EU TNT priority mail is used to ship our packages. It has a slightly longer transportation time, but is a lot cheaper. Please note that the longer transportation time has no effect on the quality of the products and that using the priority mail leads to a cost advantage. If you would like to choose a different kind of delivery, please let us know upfront. This is of course no problem. Please note that the costs will then of course differ from our standardized prices.PLEASE NOTE: GD shall accept no responsibility for non-delivery of goods, or for any damage caused in transit unless it can be proved to have resulted from negligence on GD's part. Claims for goods damaged in transit should be made within 3 working days of receipt. Any replacements will be provided strictly as an act of goodwill and should in no way be construed as acceptance of liability on GD's part.

Returned reagents
Returning shipments of GD diagnostic reagents will only be accepted with prior written consent by GD.

A handling charge of 25,00 euro's will be added to the costs of all orders amounting to less than 200,00 euro's. Payment is due within 30 days of receipt of the invoice, which will be sent to you with the ordered goods, or in the month following delivery. GD reserves the right in respect of any order to clear payment before despatch of the products.

Transfer and/or banking costs will be charged to you. Unless otherwise stated, and agreed in writing, the title and property of the goods will not pass to the customer until we have received full payment. All GD prices are exclusive of all taxes, import duties, tariffs, levies and assessments, and the customer shall be responsible for the payment imposed on reagents supplied by GD.

If products are not available or on backorder you will be contacted. Where applicable, all required import permits should accompany the order, as well as full shipping instructions, the purchasers name, purchase number, full street address (no PO box number), fax number, telephone number and VAT number, for which the customer is responsible.

Live and infectious materials
Some reagents (antigens) are infectious. Please ensure that all the necessary precautions are taken when handling infectious materials. This implies that full operator safety precautions must be observed when handling material, which may be infectious to humans, and that operators must be fully informed about the nature of the material they are handling.

Product liability
The GD products listed on this site are exclusively intended for use as in-vitro diagnostic reagents, or for research and quality control testing. GD gives no warranties, either express or implied, concerning any matter whatsoever, including, without any restrictions, the merchantability of the reagents or their suitability for any particular purpose or their freedom from third-party intellectual property rights or claims. In no event will GD be liable to the customer or to any other person or entity for any, loss or damage, including, but not limited to:

• loss or damage caused by GD's failure to fulfil customers promises and responsibilities by reason of negligence or otherwise;
• loss or damage due to deterioration during periods of storage, or due to negligent handling, by GD or customers; or
• lost profits, loss of goodwill or any other incidental or consequential damage.
